Expert, independent neurological occupational therapy for adults across Surrey and London. Delivered with honesty, care, and over 20 years of specialist experience.

I'm Jacqui Quirke, an independent Occupational Therapist specialising in neurology. With over 20 years of clinical experience spanning both NHS and private settings, I bring deep specialist knowledge to every client I work with — always alongside a person-centred, practical approach.
My career has taken me through a wide range of neurological settings, giving me a genuine understanding of what clients need at different stages of their journey — from acute services through to long-term community rehabilitation.
Based in Epsom, I now work independently across Surrey and London, offering specialist neurological OT assessments and interventions to individuals, families, case managers, solicitors and referring clinicians.
My aim is always the same: to help people rebuild confidence, regain independence, and get back to the things that matter most in their lives.
Each service is tailored to the individual — drawing on 20 years of clinical expertise across NHS and private neurological settings. I'll always discuss your situation first and be honest about whether and how I can help.

Not sure what you need?
Get in touch for an informal conversation. I'll always be honest about whether I can help, and point you in the right direction if I can't.
Recovery doesn't happen in a consulting room — it happens in everyday life. That's why I come to you. Whether at home, at work, or out in your community, I work with you where real life takes place.
"Rehabilitation isn't just about what you can do in a clinic — it's about what you can do in your kitchen, your garden, your workplace. That's where I want to help."— Jacqui Quirke, Cortex OT
